Questions about fit, tooth counts, cylinder bores, coupler types or track radius come to the bench and get answered by somebody who builds. We are a small operation, so give us a working day or two before you chase.
What to put in the message
The name of the pack or model as it appears on this site, what you are building, and the part it has to work with. A photograph of the joint that will not go together is worth three paragraphs of description.
What we cannot help with
We do not see your order. Delivery dates, tracking, invoices, refunds and replacements all live with the store that took your payment, and they can act on them in minutes where we would only slow things down.
